Terms of Service

Services Provided

Wired to Connect Counseling PLLC provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed coaching, and clinical consultation & supervision services. All services are provided via telehealth only. Our services are designed to empower individuals and families, offering support for emotional, relational, developmental, and attachment trauma.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your confidentiality is important to us. As a licensed therapist, I am bound by strict confidentiality rules outlined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All information shared during therapy sessions will remain private unless:

• You provide written consent to share specific information.
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• I am required by law to report certain situations, such as child abuse or suicidal ideation.

Appointments and Payment

• Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times through phone or email. Clients must confirm appointments in advance.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, or credit card. Wired to Connect Counseling PLLC does not accept insurance. Clients are responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may request an invoice to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Session Rates:

• Individual Therapy: $150  per 55-minute session
• Couples Therapy: $200 per 55-minute session
• Family Therapy: $200 per 55-minute session
• Trauma-Informed Coaching: $200 per 55-minute session
• Clinical Consultation & Supervision: $150 per 55-minute session

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the full session fee being charged.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Therapist Responsibilities: As your therapist, it is my responsibility to provide you with professional guidance, respect, and support. I will provide the necessary tools to help you navigate through challenges and work toward your therapeutic goals.
• Client Responsibilities: As a client, your role is to engage in the process of therapy honestly and openly. This includes attending sessions on time and communicating openly about your needs and concerns. Your active participation is key to your success in therapy.

No Guarantee of Results

While I strive to provide the best possible care, therapy outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress in therapy depends on various factors, including your willingness to engage in the process and take actionable steps outside of sessions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from your therapy experience, I encourage you to discuss your concerns directly with Rimma Isaac, LCPC. If a resolution cannot be reached, II may refer you to mediation or appropriate legal action as necessary.

Telehealth Disclaimer

As therapy is provided exclusively via telehealth, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate technology and internet connection to participate in telehealth sessions.
• You will attend sessions from a private location free from distractions.
• There may be risks to telehealth, including interruptions or technical difficulties during the session.

Termination of Services

You have the right to end therapy services at any time. If you choose to discontinue therapy, I encourage you to discuss this decision with your therapist so that you can transition smoothly. Wired to Connect Counseling PLLC may also end therapy if it is determined that services are no longer beneficial or if the therapist feels it is in the best interest of the client.

Indemnification

By using the services provided by Wired to Connect Counseling PLLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the therapist from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from your use of therapy services.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service are subject to change. Any updates or changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. I encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
